Top 10 Smartphones of Week 45

October was rich in new smartphone model launches, and we’re finally in the period of relative calm. Here’s the current top trending list. The Galaxy A7 (2018) is the leader, climbing up from last week’s second position. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is number two, impressively up from the 5th place, which was expected given its great results in India.Huawei Mate 20 Pro, a recent newcomer to the market, is still in the top-3, while OnePlus 6T flagship model is now in the fourth place.
Pocophone F1, OnePlus’s direct competitor, follows ranks. It’s been all over the rating, up and down several times, ever since it’s been launched. The impressive price and the Snapdragon 845 SoC have made it irresistible to many.
Honor 8X had gone up a bit compared to last week, getting ahead of Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 slider model and the 4-camera (!) Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018). The expansion to new markets, huge screen and affordability must have played their parts.
The last ones this week are another Samsung, the Galaxy S8 and the Xiaomi Redmi 5 Pro.
